Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing

Each listing pulls factual details from publicly available sources and a score calculated from Google reviews using one fixed rubric we apply to every business shown. Being listed here is free, and payment has no effect on scores or ranking. This page explains how to correct inaccurate details, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Fixing business details

Factual errors (business name, address, phone, website, hours, the list of services) are the quickest thing to fix. Include the correct information and a way to confirm it; your website or Google Business Profile both work. Applied corrections persist across our data refresh cycles.

Challenging your score

Scores are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, you're claiming that the underlying data is faulty: either your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. When you submit a dispute, we re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing from scratch. A dispute is a data check, not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business has permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another, or if your business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically detects and removes permanently closed businesses. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed simply because you request it, and we will tell you plainly why if we decline.

How long you will wait

Every request receives a reply within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are carried out within 7 days. If your request is declined, you will receive the reason.
